HOW WE COLLECT INFORMATION
Here are some of the ways we collect Information from users:

INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU
We collect Personally Identifiable Information (PII) when you register as a Site User or otherwise choose to provide your personal information to us. PII is any information that can be used to identify or locate an individual (e.g. Name, date of birth, postal address). We are committed to ensuring the privacy of your data, as such, we store all of your information securely.
The information that US Mystery Shopper collects includes:

• Gender and date of birth
• IP address
• Survey responses
• Device ID & location
• Browser user agent
• Referring URL
By submitting your telephone number, you agree that you are providing “prior express written consent” within the meaning of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”), and you therefore consent to receive telephone calls, including artificial voice calls, pre-recorded messages and/or calls delivered via automated technology including text and SMS messages to the telephone number(s) that you provided us and the third parties that you provided them to. By agreeing to this Policy, you are obligated to immediately inform us if the telephone number that you provided us changes.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use your email address to notify you about certain offers, occasionally that will include 3rd party offers (collectively the “Offers”), other opportunities and general updates if you have opted-in to receive them. Emails are sent only to US Mystery Shopper users who have chosen to receive them (opted-in) or who have completed a transaction on the Site. At any time, you can notify us to opt-out from receiving these emails (See “Opt-out” section below). In addition, we keep a record of your transactions and anything you have opted-out of receiving to ensure we do not contact you with offers again.
When registering with the Site, you may be presented with an offer placement or offer pages displaying one or more special Offers from Advertiser Clients. To select an Offer, simply click on the box or “yes” button adjacent to the Offer, or otherwise select a positive response in the manner indicated. You can select some of the Offers presented to you, all of the Offers, or none of them—it’s entirely up to you. If you select Offers, we may invite you to provide more information by typing directly into a form provided in the Offer.
By selecting an Advertiser Client’s Offer, you authorize US Mystery Shopper to pass any information we have about you, including your personal information, to that Advertiser Client. We strongly encourage you to review the privacy policies of each applicable Advertiser Client before selecting Offers. US Mystery Shopper does not control the use of your personal information by Advertiser Clients.
We further use your information collected via this Site to:
• Enhance, modify, personalise or otherwise improve our services/ communications for the benefit of our users;
• Fulfill an Offer or Promotion;
• Maintain suppression or opt-out lists that we may share with third-parties so that a user is not contacted when the user has asked not to be;
• Provide customer service and respond to inquiries;
• To identify and prevent fraud;
• Augment information by supplementing it with data from other sources to determine the effectiveness of promotional campaigns and advertising;
• Track online behavior to tailor advertising and other marketing purposes;
• Make telephone calls and send text messages to users with information and offers, provided the user has consented to be marketed to in this manner;
• Respond to legal inquiries, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims or when we determine it is necessary to comply with applicable laws or regulations; where permitted by applicable law, we will provide you with an e-mail notice, and opportunity to challenge the applicable subpoena/request prior to disclosure of any Information; and
• Assist with Site operation and other communication services, share information with third-parties, including our vendors and contractors.
We will use commercially reasonable efforts to limit use of the information by these third-parties as necessary for the purposes set forth above.
Users of our Site are required to be at least 18 years old, and any user under 18 is not an authorized user. COPPA requires that website operators never knowingly collect PII from anyone under the age of 13 without prior verifiable parental consent. We will never knowingly collect any personal information about children under the age of 13. If we obtain actual knowledge that it has collected personal information about a child under the age of 13, that information will be immediately deleted from our database. Because it does not collect such information, we have no such information to use or to disclose to Third Parties. We have designed this policy in order to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
COOKIES AND IP ADDRESSES
Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic in an anonymous format using cookies. It allows us to see the number of visitors to our site, where they are from and what pages they have visited. THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS
We may employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include, providing marketing assistance such as tailoring content on our sites and serving ads on our behalf and providing search results and links. They have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes.
